Elf Magic
Based in Atlanta, Elf Magic was a nationally known E-commerce website helping Santa place his Magic Elves in peoples homes around the world. They started in 1990 selling direct through friends and family, but grew quickly and went international when we launched their first website back in 2001.
With a business of this size, it was very important to integrate the website with their accounting system and their fulfillment center. It has also been important to be available and ready to help with special situations. Over the years, we did 4 major website versions along the way and enjoyed being part of their team until they sold the business in 2019.
Over 50% of their website traffic was on mobile devices, so we took care to make sure the experience was just as good on small screens as on desktop computers.
UPDATE 2020: We did such a good job, they were bought out. We will miss working with the elves.
