A representative from Art Wave meets with the client to begin learning about their business, their customers and their competitors. We look at the client's existing marketing materials and that of the competition. We also review the competitive web sites and analyze keyword search results.
We review the analysis with the client suggesting ways to leverage web technology to improve daily operations and increase profits. Then we create a project plan and choose the technologies to use in order to best meet the client's needs and goals.
Our creative team develops a site plan and graphical site mockup for client review and modification. We will typically offer the client several initial design ideas, get their feedback and revise and refine the mockup web pages to achieve just the right look and feel.
Once everyone agrees that we have the right design plan, the programmers will create the actual HTML pages and required scripting and add the content. The client can access the site under development in a temporary location and monitor the progress.
We thoroughly test and proof the site and turn it over to the client for final approval before publishing the live site on the server.
Art Wave programmers create strategically worded descriptions and manually submit the website to all of the major search engines and directories. This includes both free and paid submissions according to predetermined marketing budget. We periodically check search engine rankings, modify and further refine pages for optimal keyword performance, and suggest additional pay-per-click marketing campaigns for selected keywords.
